Our Tenancy applications are subject to strict review to verify all details so we know that the right tenant is going to look after your Investment. We will then notify you of the recommended applicants so that you can have the final say if you wish.
On approval, we sign the tenant on lease and handover the property ensuring the tenants have detailed knowledge of their new home. The respect we show our tenants will by reflected in their respect for your property.
We receipt rent daily and can disburse rental funds to your nominated account either monthly or fortnightly as requested by you.
We have a zero tolerance for rental arrears. Our computerised account management system monitors rental activity daily. If rent is late, we will contact the tenants immediately to rectify the issue before a problem arises, then work with the tenants to ensure late rent doesn’t happen again.
Throughout a tenancy, maintenance may arise. When maintenance is reported to us, we take time to confirm the issue with the tenant at the property. If a trades person is then required, we will contact you first with reasonable quotes on the required repair.
We have worked hard to build business relationships with our recommended trades people who are like minded in focusing on providing a quality service to their client, not focused on your back pocket.
At the end of the lease we will do it all over again, we will organise lease renewals for the tenants or re-market the property to find you a new quality tenant with minimal vacancy.
